(TCL-CCTV.com), a company owned by TCL, changed its commercial registration information on April 9, with a new range of businesses, including intelligent robots, touch control integrative machine, interactive smart tablets and digital signage products, according to Tianyancha, a business data company.

TCL New Technology (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. was established in February 2008 with a registered capital of RMB 80 million. Its business scope includes R&D, production, sales and leasing of electronic products and technologies, displays and industrial monitors, servers, reinforced displays, video recording equipment, unmanned aerial vehicles and spare parts and systems.

Based on Tianyancha, the shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by TCL King Electrical Appliances (Huizhou) Co., Ltd.
