Opinions suggest that government will expand the coverage of e-commerce into rural areas, integrate county-level logistics express delivery resources, and strengthen the online and offline exhibition of famous, special or new agricultural products.

China will promote the transformation and upgrading of rural commercial circulation and retail outlets, strengthen the integration of life services with rural businesses, and expand the supply of high-quality goods and services.

The government will develop commerce centers in villages and towns, guide large-scale commerce enterprises to set up in townships, promote the coverage of the supply chain to these areas, and build rural consumer gathering platforms.
