At present, the fresh cash have been fully accounted. The post-investment valuation of ASR Microelectronics exceeds 1.6 billion US dollars.

The fresh round was led by China Internet Investment Fund, with participation from SPINNOTEC, SequoiaCapital China, Hillhouse Capital, Zhangjiang Venture, Shanghai Free Trade Zone Fund, Hua’an Development Holdings Group , Shanghai Science and Technology Venture Group and others. TCL Venture Capital participated in this round of financing as a strategic investor.

ASR Microelectronics was established in April 2015 with a registered capital of 404 million US dollars. The company uses wireless communication as the core technology, focusing on mobile intelligent communication terminal SoC, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, satellite navigation and other consumer electronic chip platform companies. The product line covers multi-communication standards including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and IoT, providing a complete system-on-chip SoC solution.
