Guangzhou Pingyun Craftsman has recently raised 30 million yuan in Series A financing round. The investors were Guangzhou Jinkong Fund, and Nest Group.
Proceeds from this round of financing will be used to build a customer service supply chain platform, as well as market research and development and promotion.

Pingyun Craftsman was founded in May 2017 as a subsidiary of the listed company GRGBanking. GRGBanking established Pingyun Craftsman to try to build a comprehensive after-sales service system for intelligent equipment through the Internet. Pingyun Craftsman’s service management information system is divided into enterprise client version, operation system and engineer operation APP, covering the whole process of logistics spare parts, customer service management, on-site service and so on.

To date, the Pingyun Craftsman’s service outlets has been scattered in over more than 2,800 counties across China, with more than 800 contracted clients. The company has delivered more than 1.2 million work orders.
