China’s express delivery industry returns to growth with 200 million pieces in April

Data show that from January to April, the national express delivery service business volume totaled 19.03 billion pieces, an increase of 11.5% year-on-year; business revenue totaled 225.49 billion yuan, an increase of 5.6% year-on-year.

Among them, the business volume of national express delivery service enterprises completed 6.5 billion in April, an increase of 32.1% year-on-year; business revenue was 72.09 billion yuan, an increase of 21.7% year-on-year.

It can be seen that in April, the average daily business volume of national express delivery reached 217 million pieces, and the growth rate also exceeded the average growth rate of 25.3% in 2019.

This fully shows that the express delivery industry has basically got rid of the impact of the epidemic and returned to high growth.
