HIPA founder Chen Jinzhou said that proceeds from this round of financing will mainly be used to expand the R&D team and the company is expected to set up a new R&D center in Chengdu.

HIPA Cloud is an operator of a platform intended to help enterprises build software without programming. The company’s platform allows enterprises to digitalize their business easily, enabling non experts to develop software such as program management, asset management, order tracking, customer and contrct management, and human resource applications.

The commercialization of HIPA Cloud is expected to be divided into three stages. At this stage, online subscription users are the mainstay, which is charged 20 to 100 yuan per person per month. The second stage will provide clients with light consultation plus product delivery services, which will be charged separately.

The third stage is delivery of private cloud, but this is a long-term goal, and the third sales method will not be used until the product development in the previous three stages is completed.
