Sequoia Capital China and Tencent completed a strategic investment in Shimao Services Holdings Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 244 million US dollars, helping to promote the company’s digital upgrade.

It mainly focuses on four core urban clusters in the Yangtze River Delta, the Bohai Rim, the Greater Bay Area and the Midwest respectively.

After this strategic investment, Sequoia China will support the coordinated development of Shimao Services and the Sequoia ecosystem.

It will assist enterprises to introduce valuable community business resources, and further achieve the improvement and optimization of management capabilities and efficiency, through the application of technologies such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data, etc.
