Green Cloud closes RMB100m Series B round invested by Trip.com Group

Established in 2010, Green Cloud is a developer of an information platform designed for hotel management. The company utilizes cloud computing technology to develop hotel property management system (PMS), consumer relationship systems (CRS) and point of sale (POS) software, enabling hotel operators to manage their business better and increase work efficiency.
After ten years of development, Green Cloud has signed contracts with more than 18,000 hotels and has established cooperative relations with nearly 30 companies in the top 60 of China’s hotel groups to date. In the meantime, Green Cloud has also achieved rapid development in the intelligent construction of the integrated business platform for cultural tourism.
The company has signed cooperation agreements with a number of cultural tourism complex projects including Universal Studios, Hengdian World Studios, Tianmu Lake, and Vanke’s Lake Songhua Resort and others.
Regarding the latest financing round, Green Cloud Chairman and CEO Yang Mingkui stated that Green Cloud is strengthening its cooperation with Trip.com Group while maintaining its independence.
The two parties will fully guarantee the security of hotel data ownership and conduct direct cooperation in higher-level transactions and services on the basis of advanced hotel authorization.
