Baidu Apollo autonomous driving test base completed

Today, Baidu announced that its Apollo Park in Yizhuang Economic Development Zone in Beijing has been completed.
According to reports, Apollo Park integrates five functions including vehicle and accessory storage, remote big data cloud control, operation command, maintenance and calibration, and R & D testing.

According to reports, Apollo Park integrates five functions including vehicle and accessory storage, remote big data cloud control, operation command, maintenance and calibration, and R&D testing.

The completion of the base will accelerate the maturity and application of Apollo’s autonomous driving and vehicle-road collaboration technology products.

Apollo Park started preparations at the end of 2018. The base covers an area of 13,500 square meters and the usable area is 11,000 square meters.

The base has been equipped with more than 200 self-driving test vehicles, which is Baidu Apollo’s largest application test base in China.
