Lin Bin, the co-founder and deputy chairman of Xiaomi, stepped down as legal representative and was replaced by Wang Chuan, chief strategy officer of Xiaomi Group.

In addition, the company’s business scope adds that of network cultural operations.

The company was established in April 2018 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.

Tianyancha’s shareholder information shows that Lei Jun holds 70% of the shares as the largest shareholder; Hong Feng, Li Wanqiang and Liu De each hold 10% of the shares.
