China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) publicly solicited opinions on the guidelines for the prospectus and application documents of listed companies on the Science and Technology Board (STAR Market).

The “Guidelines” will firstly closely follow the positioning of the Science and Technology Board, emphasizing the disclosure of the relationship between the investors of raised funds and technological innovation, and the risks of investment projects raised by the funds;

Second, it will be closely centered on the concept of a registration system with information disclosure as the center, focusing on improving the level of and expanding the depth of disclosure;

Third, it is to clarify the issuers’ responsibility for information disclosure and to strengthen the intermediary ’s role of checking to facilitate post-event supervision;

Fourth, it is to fully consider the convergence with the refinancing information disclosure documents under the GEM registration system, and do well in the overall planning of different sectors.
