JD plans to transfer all Tuniu shares to Caissa Tourism

JD.com is willing to transfer all Tuniu shares held by its subsidiaries to Caissa Tourism.

Upon completion of the transfer, Caissa Tourism will hold a total of approximately 78.061 million shares in Tuniu, with a shareholding ratio of 21.1% (representing 14.8% of voting rights).
