Silicon Integrated closes RMB180m Series B financing round

ToF chip design company Silicon Integrated announced that it has received 180 million yuan in a Series B financing.
Around 120 million yuan of the investment was led by CTC Capital and joined by Source Code Capital; and 60 million yuan of the funding was jointly injected by Allin Capital, Jiangmen Ventures and well-known mobile phone industry chain funds.

Proceeds from this round of financing will be used to expand the mass production of back-illuminated high-resolution ToF and smart audio products, as well as invest in the research and development of lidar, optical sensing and multi-sensing fusion technologies.

Established in January 2016, Silicon Integrated is a developer of ToF signal integrated circuit and provider of 3D visual solutions.

The company’s integrated circuit products provide users with high-precision, low-power, and low-noise sensor signal processing that are applied in AR/VR technology, machine vision, drones, facial recognition, autonomous driving and many more applications, enabling manufacturers and businesses to integrate ToF integrated circuits into their products.
