Public record shows that Guangzhou Xingke Semiconductor was established on February 24, 2020. The legal representative is Qiu Xingya, chairman of Fastprint Technology, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan.

The company’s business scope includes the design and manufacturing of integrated circuit packaging products, production of electronic components, etc.

At present, Xingke Semiconductor’s largest shareholder is A-share listed company Fastprint Technology, with a stake of 41%; second largest shareholder is SCI Group (Guangzhou), with a stake of 24%; CICF is the third largest shareholder with a 24% stake.
