With the close of this transaction, the company will create more quality contents for children, and educational courses, providing different forms of companionship for children 0-12 years old and push for sustainable development of each product.

Kaishu Story was founded in 2013 and is a parent-child education service provider. The main business is to provide parenting courses and parenting knowledge for young parents.

Children’s psychology, health, learning cognition and other fields are selected to provide users with a series of parental courses with 2-5 lessons per week and 5-10 minutes each.

At the same time, it also provides users with adapted classic original stories, pushes selected parenting articles, and sells products such as Walkman MP3 developed by it.

Kaishu Story was set up in 2014 by Wang Kai, a former presenter at China’s state-run television network CCTV. It offers free or paid audio content of children’s stories via its app and WeChat public content platform. The firm also allows its users to participate in group purchases of various products, including books, toys, and telescopes.

As of now, the content products of Kaishu Story have recorded more than 7 billion plays across various platforms.
