Kunlun Tech’s wholly-owned subsidiary to invest RMB30m in Keya Medical

Kunlun Tech has disclosed in an announcement that Kunuo Tianqin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to invest RMB 30 million in Keya Medical and obtain a 2.42% stake in Keya Medical. Apart from Kunlun Tech, Beijing YFZ Fund, two funds affiliated to the IDG Capital, and other institutions also participated in the investment.

Kunlun Tech has disclosed in an announcement that Kunuo Tianqin, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, intends to invest RMB 30 million in Keya Medical and obtain a 2.42% stake in Keya Medical.

Apart from Kunlun Tech, Beijing YFZ Fund, two funds affiliated to the IDG Capital, and other institutions also participated in the investment.

According to the announcement, upon the completion of this investment, the company completed the basic layout of its AI + investment strategy formulated 2 years ago.

Kunlun Tech has successively invested in AI + mobility autonomous driving company PonyAI and Israeli lidar technology company Innoviz, the AI + online education platform Onion Academy (yangcong123.com), India’s AI+ Finance company Krazybee, AI + hardware company Dreame Tchnology, AI + enterprise service Fadada, AI + medical company Keya Medical.

The company says it will continue to increase investment in the field of AI in the future.
