Keenon Robotics has completed a series B round of financing at the end of 2019. This round was led by Source Code Capital, participated by Walden International and Shanghai STVC Group. Existing investors Yunqi Partners and iVision Ventures also poured money into the new round.

According to Li Tong, founder of Keenon Robotics, the company plans to use the proceeds to expand the domestic catering market and overseas markets, and develop new business units, such as medical care robots.

Earlier in 2016, Keenlon had raised tens of millions yuan in series A round from Yunqi Partners and Green Pine Capital Partners. In February 2019, it completed the Pre-B round of financing from Seekdource Investment, iVision Ventures, and Yunqi Partners.

The company bagged a combined total of around 200 million yuan as a result of the Pre-B round raised in February 2019 and the most recent B round of financing.

Established in 2010, Keenon Robotics focuses on the research and development, and production of indoor unmanned delivery robots. It has iteratively released nine products, all of which have been applied in offline business scenarios. At present, it has a team of nearly 300 people and has direct-operated subsidiaries in 14 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.

In addition to the catering market, Keenon Robotics is also actively expanding other application scenarios, including healthcare.
