It aims to attract 300 film and television related companies every year after completion.

It is reported that as an important part of the Shanghai Science and Technology Film Center, the total investment of the center project is nearly 10 billion yuan, with a scale of 77 mu in the first phase.

It has the functions of industrial bases such as enterprise settlement, business gathering, technology studio, project incubation, technology research and development, fund investment, policy support, and personnel training.

The center will become a major platform for the Shanghai Science and Technology Film City, as well as a technology industry platform, an international cultural cooperation and exchange platform, and a production and education integration training platform on television and film sector, with an important industry influence in the Yangtze River Delta region.
