Travel experience management platform Journera has secured a USD11.60m Series B financing round, which was led by Andreessen Horowitz and B Capital. Pritzker Group Venture Capital and The Boston Consulting Group also participated in the round.

Proceeds from this round of financing will be used to further enhance the platform’s ability to acquire customers.

Journera is a data analysis platform established by Jeff Katz, the founder of Expedia’s travel booking website Orbitz. At the beginning of its establishment, it received investment from companies such as American Airlines, Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott International and United Airlines, but the company did not disclose the amount of investment.

Journera adopts a flexible pricing model for its own products and services, so that its customers can choose different service functions provided by Journera according to their own situations and specific scenarios, and pay the corresponding price.

In March this year, Journera launched JourneyVision, which is able to match hotel reservations with air, ground transportation and travel services or other related reservations, thereby providing a wholistic solution to better achieve personalized services.
