Zhejiang to release China’s first norms on live broadcast e-commerce industry in July

On June 17, Zhejiang Province Net Business Association released the “Live Streaming E-Commerce Service Specification (Draft for Comment)”, at a forum on the governance of the live broadcast e-commerce industry.

On June 17, Zhejiang Province Net Business Association released the “Live Streaming E-Commerce Service Specification (Draft for Comment)”, at a forum on the governance of the live broadcast e-commerce industry.

This will also be the country’s first live broadcast e-commerce industry standard. According to the procedure, the standard will be officially released in July.

From the perspective of the live broadcast e-commerce ecosystem and industry chain, the standard establishes a standardized system for the entire process according to the different roles of live broadcast e-commerce.

These include subject qualifications, certificates and identities, verification, establishment of rules, live broadcast monitoring, violation handling and consumer rights protection.
