Qiniu Cloud closes RMB1b Series F round

Third-party independent cloud computing and data service provider Qiniu Cloud announced the completion of a new round of financing, a one billion yuan Series F round. This round was jointly invested by China Structural Reform Fund, BoCom International and Hongzhao Fund. China Renaissance served as the sole financial advisor for this deal.

This round was jointly invested by China Structural Reform Fund, BoCom International and Hongzhao Fund. China Renaissance served as the sole financial advisor for this deal.

Qiniu Cloud will use the proceeds towards core technology R&D and innovation, development of cloud and data services, market expansion and enabling the business ecosystem.

Qiniu Cloud was founded in 2011 and is a well-known cloud computing and data service provider in China. As an enterprise-level cloud computing and data service provider, Qiniu Cloud has established a unified heterogeneous data lake, created a complete video cloud service and video data analysis platform, and created a simple and open machine data processing platform.

At present, more than one million corporate clients and developers have long used Qiniu Cloud’s cloud and data services, including well-known enterprises such as OPPO, Bilibili, iQiyi, PingAn Bank, and China Merchants Bank, among others, which indirectly cover 90% of internet users.
