FineEx closes RMB500m Series D round

Logistics service provider FineEx has completed 500 million yuan in a Series D financing round invested by Baidu Capital and Russia-China Investment Fund.

Logistics service provider FineEx has completed 500 million yuan in a Series D financing round invested by Baidu Capital and Russia-China Investment Fund.

Proceeds from this round of financing will be mainly used to further expand the scale of warehouse network, optimize the warehouse distribution operation system, and increase investment in the research and development of intelligent warehousing.

Founded in 2006, FineEx is mainly providing integrated logistics services of warehousing and distribution for brands and channel partners.

The company serves a variety of categories such as beauty and toiletries, food, daily cosmetics, shoes, clothing, bags, 3C, small home appliances, among others, and covers all-channel retail scenarios such as e-commerce, community group-purchasing and offline stores.

In the first and second quarters of this year, FineEx achieved over 30% business growth and expects to achieve 60-70% business growth this year.
