Founded in 2013, Deepinfar is an innovative science and technology enterprise focusing on the independent research and development, production and sales of underwater intelligent equipment.

Currently, the company’s independently developed products has fully covered marine scientific research, water conservancy and hydropower, water rescue, aquaculture, offshore oil, underwater engineering and other areas.

The company is mainly engaged in small-scale underwater intelligent equipment, providing enterprise-level users with cable-controlled underwater robot (ROV), autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV), underwater glider (AUG), COPEX automatic profiling buoy and related products,as well as industry solutions.

After the financing, Deepinfar will continue to invest in platform-based products and shelf technology for industrial products and new product development for consumer products.

The company will also initiate the Pre-IPO round of financing in the capital market, and accelerate the IPO process on the Shanghai STAR Market.
