Kingsware nets nearly RMB100m in Series A round led by Qiming Venture Partners

On July 13, Kingsware announced that it has received nearly 100 million yuan in its Series A financing round.

Led by Qiming Venture Partners, the round also saw participation from Junsan Capital, Taiya Investment, Zhuhai Technology Venture Capital, and more.

Proceeds from this round of financing will be mainly used for the improvement of product technological capability, the construction of channel ecology and the building of RPA developer community.

Founded in 2016, Kingsware is a developer of robotic process automation (RPA) software.

The company’s RPA software is used in finance and other fields improve efficiency by deploying robots that can handle repetitive tasks and to optimize business operations and production departments of enterprises, involving production, finance, supply chain, improving the efficiency of enterprises and automate various tasks.

Kingsware currently reaches nearly 300 clients, including more than 200 financial institutions.

According to the list of brokerage firms published by SAC (Securities Association of China), the company has a 70% market share in the securities market. Kingsware has also established partnerships with more than 50 banks and provincial branches, 20 futures, 30 funds, and 5 insurance companies.
