Jack Ma holds 8.8% of Ant Financial’s shares with 50% voting power

According to Alibaba’s annual report, Alibaba holds 33% of Ant Financial’s shares, and Hangzhou JunHan Equity Investment Partnership and Hangzhou JunAo Equity Investment Partnership together holds 50% of the shares.

According to Alibaba’s annual report, Alibaba holds 33% of Ant Financial’s shares, and Hangzhou Junhan Equity Investment Partnership and Hangzhou JunAo Equity Investment Partnership together holds 50% of the shares.

JunHan is part of Alibaba group, and JunAo is one of Alibaba’s partnership members. Together, Alibaba and its partnership members hold approximately 83% of the shares of Ant Financial.

Besides, the annual report shows that Jack Ma currently owns 8.8% of Ant Financial’s shares.

Based on the valuation of the last round of financing of Ant Financial at USD 155.6 billion, the shares held by Jack Ma have a market value of USD 13.7 billion.

Jack Ma have more than 50% of the voting power of Ant Financial.
