China Unicom and ZTE help complete ITU-T IoT blockchain standards

At the meeting, three IoT blockchain projects jointly developed by China Unicom and ZTE and other member units were officially frozen.

ZTE announced that recently, the 20th Study Group of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T SG20) held a plenary meeting.

At the meeting, three IoT blockchain projects jointly developed by China Unicom and ZTE and other member units were officially frozen.

Together with Y.4464 (Internet of Things Framework) released at the ITU-T SG20 meeting in January this year, so far, a total of four ITU-T first batch of IoT blockchain standards have been officially released.

It marks that the research on the application of blockchain in the field of Internet of Things has reached a certain depth.
