Agricultural big data service provider SINONET, or Zhongnonghulian.com has recently announced the completion of its Series A financing round. In the meantime, the company’s founder, He Yang, increased his stake in the company with cash.
Proceeds from this round of financing will be used for continued product research and development, marketing and further capital operation. In the future, SINONET will extend its business outside of agriculture, including natural resources, horticulture, environmental protection and other fields.
Founded in 2015, SINONET is a provider of agricultural big data intended to provide users with stable, accurate and efficient agricultural services.
The company’s Gengtong AIS system acquires various types of agricultural spatial-temporal data through remote sensing satellites and drones, combined with cloud platform algorithms that is continuously optimized and upgraded through deep machine learning, to forecast abnormal weather conditions and reduce costs for its clients.
The company has passed ISO9001, ISO27001 system certification and holds a number of independent intellectual property rights. In the meantime, it has received multiple rounds of financing.
