Uditech, a solution provider for service robots, has recently obtained the strategic investment from two hotel giants in China, Huazhu Group and BTG Homeinns Hotels Group, after completing a multi-million B+ round of financing in June this year.

Uditech, a solution provider for service robots, has recently obtained the strategic investment from two hotel giants in China, Huazhu Group and BTG Homeinns Hotels Group, after completing a multi-million B+ round of financing in June this year.

Previously, Uditech has completed multiple rounds of financing, by investors including Xueqiu Capital, Legend Capital, China Merchants Capital, Convivialite Ventures, Seekdource Capital, and etc.

In the next step, Uditech plans to increase investment in the research and development area to comprehensively promote product upgrade of hotel service robots. By building the model of “hardware + software + service + ecology”, Uditech is targeted at the hospitality market.

Uditech was established in March 2013, focusing on promoting the commercial implementation of low-speed unmanned driving technology in the last three kilometers of indoor delivery. It is one of the first batch of companies in the industry to realize mass production and commercialization of unmanned equipment.

According to the company’s profile, Uditech had launched its own-brand robots in more than 200 cities across the country, providing services to people exceeding 60,000 times on average per day in guiding, delivery and other services. The number of its online robots is close to 3,000.
