ZStack closes RMB 230 mln Series B led by Three Gorges Capital

Shanghai Yunzhou Information Technology or ZStack, recently announced that it had received 230 million yuan in Seires B+ round of financing, which was led by Three Gorges Capital.

Other well-known institutions including China Internet Investment Fund, Bocom Group, DBAPP Security, Langmafeng Venture Capital, TTGG, and Wenqin Capital, also participated in investment.

Besides, the original shareholders including Alibaba Cloud, Shenzhen Venture Capital, Langcheng Capital, New Alliance, and Qianhai FOF continued to invest in this round.

ZStack said that the funds would continue to be used to develop the key technologies of IaaS products and industry solutions, to deepen the cooperation with the strategic partners, and to jointly develop big clients in the industry.
