According to Tianyancha, recently, Huawei Technologies applied for the registration of the “桑田岛” (Sangtian Dao, literally Sangtain Island) trademark.

Its international classification involves website services and advertising sales, and the current trademark status is “waiting for substantive examination.”

As early as June 2019, Huawei applied for registration of multiple trademarks related to “桑田岛” (Sangtian Dao) and “华为桑田岛” (Huawei Sangtian Dao).

These international classifications of these trademarks include “communication services” and “scientific instruments”. Most of these trademarks are “registered”.

Tianyancha APP shows that the company currently has tens of thousands of trademark information.

Last August, according to the Suzhou Daily, the Suzhou Industrial Park Management Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Huawei. According to the agreement, the park will work with Huawei to build an artificial intelligence application innovation center.

In the future, the park will further increase investment in strategic resources to promote the development of Huawei’s Suzhou Sangtian Island base.
