Recently, Reactor Microelectronics announced the completion of its Series B round of financing worth 100 million yuan, jointly invested by Everbright Holdings, Dening Capital, ZTF Securities, and Xi’an Fengruida Investment Fund.

This round of financing will be primarily used to supplement liquid capital, enhance production capacity of new products, and purchase equipment in the R&D center.

Established in 2007, Reactor Microelectronics is a high-end analog IC design company that focuses on high-speed power integration technology.

With a design team led by several scientists with some of the most advanced technology in the world, the company focuses its research and development on two fields—5G communication equipment and power electronics.

Its main products cover ET-PA tracking chips, AC-DC power management chips and linear LED driver chips for smartphones or laptops; these can be widely used in 5G communication equipment, smartphones, Internet of Things products, drones, LED lighting and other types of electronic products.

Since 2016, Reactor Microelectronics has been committed to solving key issues of high-speed broadband signal transmission, while enhancing the efficiency of RF power amplifiers and solving equipment heating problems.
