Suning plans to employ 20000 talents in three years

On September 6, Suning stated that it had recruited more than 10,000 graduates in the past two years and planned to introduce 20,000 more talents in the next three years especially in its divisions of retail, technology, finance, and regional Internet.

On September 6, Suning held its first live broadcast of the 2021 campus recruitment, where Meng Xiangsheng, senior vice president of Suning Tesco and CHO of Suning, stated that Suning had recruited more than 10,000 graduates in the past two years and planned to introduce 20,000 more talents in the next three years especially in its divisions of retail, technology, finance, and regional Internet.

The recruitment positions for the 2021 college graduates released by Suning is open to talents all over the world, including jobs in group management, operation, technology, store management, logistics and after-sales, covering the emerging professions such as e-commerce anchors, artificial intelligence trainers, intelligent hardware developers, athletes and sports reporters abroad.

In the future five years, Suning will build more than 30 smart commercial complexes based on the construction of smart retail infrastructure. At that time, a near six-million-square-meter commercial area will create abundant job opportunities for the graduates.

According to Meng Xiangsheng, Suning is going to cultivate more young executives, general managers and chief directors in the new decade.

By providing the young talents with high-value returns such as housing loans of up to RMB 500,000, low-cost apartments and other housing benefits and equity incentives, Suning aims for a younger team for group management and operation.
