4iNLOOK completes 100 million B+ round of financing

From 2018 to 2020, 4iNLOOK has successively completed angel round, A round and A+ round financing, with investors including Tiger Cub Equity Investment Fund Management and Xingtuo Capital.

Beauty contact brand 4iNLOOK announced the completion of 100 million B+ round of financing today.

Upon completion of the financing, 4iNLOOK’s total financing amount exceeded 400 million.

In addition to more investment from existing shareholders, this round of financing indicates the participation of industrial capital. The company has introduced strategic partners to assist and integrate industrial resources through investment.

From 2018 to 2020, 4iNLOOK has successively completed angel round, A round and A+ round financing, with investors including Tiger Cub Equity Investment Fund Management and Xingtuo Capital.

4iNLOOK was established in 2008 and is currently a domestic brand that has opened up online and offline channels in the cosmetic contact category. Its brand Tmall flagship store has achieved 100% growth in 2020.

At the beginning of the company’s establishment, 4iNLOOK grew by an independently-developed B2C website. Its ERP system, page design, and marketing were also handled by its internal team.

Later, with the rise of e-commerce platforms such as JD.com and Tmall, traffic gradually shifted from its independent websites to integrated e-commerce platforms and mobile terminals. 4iNLOOK chose to follow the trend and abandon the B2C website and enter the e-commerce platform.

In 2016, 4iNLOOK opened a Tmall flagship store by positioning its sub-brand popmagic, which is more in line with the Taobao users. At the same time, it opened a 4iNLOOK Tmall flagship store in August 2019.

As soon as the 4iNLOOK flagship store went online, it became the fastest growing store in the Tmall cosmetic contact category throughout the year.

At the same time, 4iNLOOK began to explore running offline stores in 2015. At present, it has 320 offline stores, covering first-tier cities and provincial capital cities.
