Tesla China scratches sales of battery swap facilities from business scope

According to Qichacha, the company was established in 2018 with a registered capital of 46,700 million yuan. The company is wholly-owned by Tesla Motors HK Limited.

It is worth noting that Tesla China filed a change in its business scope with the Department of Industry and Commerce in late February this year. Among them, “sales of new energy vehicle battery swap facilities”, “sales of batteries”, and “sales of photovoltaic equipment and components” were added at that time.
