Guizhou province aims to build 38,000 charging piles by 2023

By 2023, it will build a total of 38,000 electric vehicle charging piles, with a total charging capacity of 1.6 million kilowatts.

The Guizhou government issued a three-year action plan for the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the province from 2021 to 2023 on July 21, proposing to build electric vehicle charging piles in 2021, 2022, and 2023 with 4500, 5000, and 5500 piles respectively.

By 2023, it will build a total of 38,000 electric vehicle charging piles, with a total charging capacity of 1.6 million kilowatts.

At that time, the province will achieve full coverage of electric vehicle charging piles in all towns and charging stations in all counties. At the same time, it has formulated corresponding tasks for prefectural and municipal governments.
