On August 12, Vision Medicals, a precision medicine company in the field of infection, completed a Series B financing round worth 200 million yuan. The round was led by CDH Investments, with participation from CICC Capital as well as the company’s Series A investors Volcanics Venture, and CASH Capital.
GenFleet Therapeutics has secured nearly 400 million yuan in a Series B round of financing jointly led by CDH Investments, and a healthcare industry fund of government-led Shenzhen Capital Group. South China Venture Capital and Panlin Capital participated in the investment. Existing investors, including Sinopharm Capital, Lake Bleu Capital, and HighLight Capital, also invested in this round.

TELD New Energy is a subsidiary of Qingdao-based TGOOD Electric. It is a provider of new energy vehicle charging information platform focusing on the development of intelligent charging internet systems for electric vehicle groups.
On the evening of January 21, TGOOD (300001) disclosed the latest progress of its subsidiary Teld’s capital increase and share expansion. Various parties have agreed that they will subscribe for the additional registered capital of RMB 76.53 million at a premium of RMB 1.35 billion. The investors include CDH Investments, Venus Growth, CCT Fund, China Reform Capital, etc.
