Cyberspace Administration of China
On April 16, 2020, the CAC released the results of administrative enforcement on cyberspace in` the first quarter. In the first quarter, the national cyberspace departments continued to strengthen the administrative enforcement.
On April 27, 2020, 12 departments, including the Cyberspace Administration of China (“CAC”), the National Development and Reform Commission (“NDRC”), the Ministry of Public Security, jointly released theCybersecurity Review Measures(“Measures”), which will come into force on 1 June 2020.
Cyberspace Administration of China releases the third batch of blockchain information service filing lists on April 24. A total of 224 domestic blockchain information service names and filing numbers were released this time.
